Welcome to Spectrum Gymnastics

Our mission is to encourage participation at all levels of gymnastics, thus offering a recreational and competitive program for Cape Girardeau, Jackson, and the surrounding communities of Southeast Missouri. We are equipped with an experienced staff who provides a positive, progressive, and safe environment for all levels. Spectrum Gymnastics will also help facilitate community support of the Gymnastics team at Southeast Missouri State University.

Spectrum Gymnastics offers classes year round and has options for kids at every skill level. Information about class dates and times can be found at the Class Schedule link at the top of the page. For the past two years we have hosted our own meet, the Spectrum Invite, which is open to all USAG competitive levels. Please check the link on the left side fo the page for information about when, where, and how to register for next years Spectrum Invitational.
